Class moves at a slower pace with an emphasis on adjusting, adapting, and accomodating individual skillsets and ability to yoga postures, relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises.
This style of yoga is best suited for assisted living, memory care, skilled care, independent living, and special need participants, and can also be catered to anyone exploring a much slower pace while getting a complete body experience.

Traditional Yoga
Standard mat-based Sivananda Yoga class focusing on poses, variations, and breathing exercises moving at an intermediate pace.
Emphasis on:
- Meditation and relaxation techniques to control the mind
- Focused breathing exercises to purify energy channels
- Extended hold of asanas (postures) to release tension
This style of yoga is best suited for individuals, groups, corporations and schools.

Tailored Yoga
Non-profit and corporate yoga events to support teamwork, collaboration, mental health and relationship building.
A custom developed program will be created to meet specific needs whether it is a stretching and meditation workshop, breathing seminar, or a talk about yoga.
